Kvinnofolkhögskolan is the Swedish feminist folk high school located in Gothenburg, Sweden. The school is the long-term reliable partner of the Ukrainian Gendermuseum, and from now on also of the new Centre of Gender Culture. The educational visits to Kvinnofolkhögskolan, possible due to support from Agneta Wiren, gave us the opportunity to explore the system of the Swedish informal education designed for women and various forms of working with women. In addition, Swedish museums including those dedicated to women were visited. Kvinnofolkhögskolan has continuously supported Gendermuseum and the campaign ‪#‎savegendermuseum‬, demonstrating women’s solidarity and partnership. Kvinnofolkhögskolan is the ideal model that sets the example for the Centre of Gender Culture to follow.
